Almost every week The Kid’s Pantry in Mt Prospect has a free giveaway. There is always lots of clothing, baby equipment, books, and toys.  This week there ton of Christmas items.  It is located 400 E. Gregory St., Mount Prospect, which is the Christian Life Church. They request a $5 donation,  to go towards operating costs.  ALL are welcome.  More information is available weekly on Facebook “The Kids Pantry - Mt Prospect “. 🎉👀SNEAK PEEK TIME 👀🎉 Wednesday, November 30th!! 💥This is 2 weeks worth of donations!! 👚👖👟We also have tables of Christmas decorations!!🎄🎅🏼Don’t miss this giveaway💥 **A new rule is we will pass out bags for clothes. You will get 1 bag per child. You may bring a tote bag for toys and books. We want to ensure that everyone has a fair chance to get what they need.** ⏰ The doors will be opening at 4pm and the giveaway will run until 5:15pm. You can line up at *3:30pm*, but the new giveaway hours are 4pm-5:15. 💥There will also be no more access to the bathrooms.💥Unfortunately there has been too many messes left behind and we’ve had that privilege taken away. Please go before you come to the giveaway. 🍁Just a reminder, we are open every Wednesday (unless we post otherwise) and will make the sneak peek post on Tuesday evenings. We also have a big blue shed behind our building along the back brick wall that’s open anytime for donation drop off!🍁 ‼️We want to remind you all of the new rules/guidelines we started a couple of weeks ago.‼️ #1 There will be no black garbage bags allowed anymore. We want to make sure there’s enough for everyone! #2 A cash donation to the pantry can be made at the door to help cover overhead expenses. Every $5 donation makes a difference to help continue our cause. #3 There will be no pushing, grabbing, or any type of physical behavior. This is our building and we not tolerate that behavior. If we see it, you will be asked to leave. #4 **If you have an issue while attending the giveaway, please ask for Heather**. She’ll be happy to help with whatever you need. If it’s after you’ve left, please send us a message. Thanks for following these very important new guidelines! ⏰TIMES FOR THIS WEEK!! Doors to the gym will open at 4pm until 5:15pm Please do not line up in the lobby before 3:30pm! We 💥EXPECT and REQUIRE💥 maturity to enter in an orderly fashion. There will be shopping in the lobby as well as the gym. If you have any questions, our volunteers will be there to help. Please stay in your car until it’s time to line up at 3:30pm! We will have: 🌦Toys! 🌦Lots of clothes! 🌦Books and games! 🌦Baby equipment! Basic rules: 🎉At 3:30pm you may line up, not before! At 4pm we will open the doors.
