Despite their beautiful and infectious personalities, senior and special needs dogs are the most at-risk companion dog population and are the most likely to get euthanized at shelters. And it’s a shame, because they are some of the happiest and most loving companions! Unconditional is an innovative concept in rescue, with the mission to help people see the value in senior and special dogs and ensure each has a chance to bring their heart to a loving home. We want to put these amazing dogs in an environment where adopters can see them at their best and fall in love. The brand-new Unconditional adoption center on Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach will be completed in late 2023. Until then, we are working in conjunction with other rescues to help senior and special dogs find homes, and to help educate our community. Join us and other passionate individuals and families in the community for a community-based senior and special dogs holiday meet-up! This is a free event, but will require RSVPs, as we have limited space.
