The 2023 YouthNet Conference - Collaborating for Change - is our first conference dedicated to reducing homelessness. The conference's goal is to highlight sessions that discuss collaborations and projects to reduce homelessness in Iowa. Funding for the conference is provided by the Burlington Community School District's Resilient Community grant. Workshops and Keynote speaker presentations include: Collaborations that assist families with support servicesProjects that highlight prevention efforts to reduce displaced families Mental Health supports for families and youth Interconnection of data and interventions Best practices that support families at risk for homelessness8:00 am Registration 8:30 am Welcome and Iowa Department of Education presentation 9: 45 am Workshop One 11:15 am Keynote Address and Lunch 1:15 pm Workshop Two 2:45 pm Workshop Three 4:00 pm Closing Keynote
