Start training now and be ready to qualify for Operation Noble Forge. This is not a race, it is not a test of speed. It is a test of teamwork, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. There will be a calisthenics portion as well as a 15 Mile Ruck broken into 3 parts with instructions performed at every 5 mile stretch.

Equipment needed: 2 Changes of socks, camel back water system, (no bottles), 15 lbs total weight bag, headlamp. We will weigh gear on check-in.
Be ready to perform:
1 Minute High Knees X 2
1 Minute Jumping Jacks X2
1 Minute Plank X 2
Reset for Ready to go 2 minutes
5 Mile Ruck 10min Stop X 3 = 15 Miles Total
