This is not a workshop where you will hear a hundred different things to try, this is a strategic approach to building a sustainable and explosive business. This will be a 6 week bootcamp starting Thursday November 28th and will continue on until Thursday January 3rd 2023. We will be doing this event from 3:30 - 5:30 pm every Tuesday. Here is what you can expect during our 6 week agent boot camp: Week 1: A deep dive into your sphere of influence and how to stay top of mind. Never miss an opportunity for a real estate transaction from your people! Week 2: Focusing on circle prospecting and farms to create opportunity within your business and establish predictable production volumes and keep you off the real estate roller coaster! Week 3: The best practices in finding and funding flip and wholesale deals while building your investor list to give you an endless stream of business. We will help you identify the right properties to look for and how to calculate the value to your investors. Week 4: Leveraging business to business relationships to build another stream of leads to your funnel of hot leads. We will go through which partners to go after and become the resource for everything real estate related for your clients and database. Week 5: Become a local celebrity in your market through strategic video marketing and 1 to 1 video strategies. We will go through the videos that are winning today and what will bring you the most engagement with YOUR audience. Week 6: Now that you have all the business coming in, we need to make sure all that data is housed masterfully to build a business that works for you! CRM's play a huge role in the longevity of your business and we want to see you win for years to come! For event attendees we will have a networking and cocktail hour from 4:30 - 5:30 pm so you have a chance to ask more questions to our industry experts as well as meet the rest of the agents working towards building their businesses! (We highly recommend getting to know your fellow attendees and establish some accountability to get the action items completed and make progress quickly!)
