Vision Boarding with a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach is AMAZING! This will be an opportunity for you to unwind and place the energy into connecting with your vision of love! Join Niesha White, MA NC-LCMHC, SC-LPC, owner of Essential Connections Consulting & Wellness Services, LLC and Essential Connections Wellness Services, PLLC for this Vision Boarding Event. This event will be held on 2/18/2023 at 2:22pm in Downtown Salisbury, NC. This event will start with a 10 minute guided medication and relaxation to get everyone in the headspace and mood for visioning the love of your future. Remember you cannot pour from an empty cup and vision is needed to create and/or restore purpose and passion. All poster board, scissors, and some magazines provided at the event. You are encouraged to bring your own magazines to place your own spark in your vision. Light Refreshments will be available.
