Description

A great way to preserve fresh beets to enjoy year round is to pickle and can them. The Family & Consumer Sciences program at N.C. Cooperative Extension in Haywood County will be offering a Late Fall Pickled Beets Canning Class on Monday December 5, 2022 from 10am – 1pm. Participants will have an opportunity to learn the basics of hot water bath canning while getting hands on experience preparing, pickling and hot water bath processing pickled beets.
