Description

Sign up for Sunday night yoga. Classes are Sundays at 5 pm in the Oak Park Clubhouse. We will have a gentle and relaxing class that is great for all ages (Deep stretch, yin or restorative). Bring your own yoga mat or a towel, and props (blocks, straps!, bolsters, etc.) that you may want for comfort though props won't be required. Space is limited!
