Fear is pervasive in our society and our lives. Fear of others opinions, fear of being different, fear of making a mistake, fear of change, fear of abandonment…just to name a few. How can we release our grip on this? Give fear less power over us?
Part of the answer is by soothing the nervous system. Bringing it back to a neutral and balanced place. Reminding it that we are safe and can handle whatever comes our way. Welcoming in peace.
Does this sound good?? Well, this sound bath is just what you need! We will begin by guiding you through grounding and balancing simple movement, and some breath work, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath. Even if you are a beginner or have never been to a Sound Bath, this is for YOU (and this will not be an actual bath...no water is involved!
The sound waves produced by a beautiful combination of several crystal singing bowls, a gong, a wave drum, and flow chimes, this entire event will guide your mind and body toward deep physical & mental peace. This soothing experience will help you turn inward and connect with your deeper self, while also reducing stress, easing anxiety, and improving insomnia.
You can plan to wear the most comfortable clothing possible, and bring blankets, pillows, socks...whatever you may need to get cozy. Your only job will be to lay down and relax! Bring a friend for this soothing Sunday evening.
