Looking for someone reliable and flexible to do small odd jobs and handy work in Albany. Jobs include changing light bulbs, painting, hauling away trash, sweeping/mopping, maintain interior and exterior of property, running to Home Depot for supplies if needed. Some knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus but not necessary. Must respond to calls and be reliable. This can be a great side job for anyone working full time or for anyone looking to make extra money. Transportation is a plus. Please call Joe if interested.
