Job description We are seeking a Project Manger to join our team in Venice, FL. This position is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding. Duties/Responsibilities: - Make sure jobsite are setup properly and all required equipment and material are on site - Hire, manage, and schedule crews for all jobs including new roofs, repairs, and warranty items. - Taking Job site photos and scheduling inspections - Performing quality control checks on all installs during and post production - Communicate all job activity to the sales reps and home office - Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for quality control associates. Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Reequipments: - Work Truck - 1 year Roofing Experience - Basic Tools - valid Driver's License - Bilingual
