Need to rehome kitten

Tilly was born in May so she's only a few months old. Rehoming her because my neighbor doesn't want her anymore (he claims she's destroying his plants). I'd rather see her go to a good home than be with a guy who's mean to her (I can't afford to take her in, I already have 2 cats & am on a limited income). Thanks for reading.
