We are needing photos done for a property in Hempstead, TX 77445. Will send address once I have chosen someone for the job. Here's what needs to be done: Take property pictures of the entire home. Exterior (backyard included) and interior. Please emphasize if any odd issues in the home, i.e foundation issues. Pictures do not need to be done professionally with camera. Can use phone to take photos but they need to be clear. Will also need a lockbox placed on the front door - will provide reimbursement with a receipt for this as well. Lockboxes can be bought at Walmart or Home Depot and more stores. Home is vacant.
