Witnessed to an accident on 77 South

I know this is a long shot, but I was involved in a car accident last Saturday night on 77 South near Charlotte and the guy who ran me off the road is no longer accepting the blame for the accident so I'm hoping to find a witness. I was traveling southbound on 77 in the express lane because there was an accident and traffic backed up in the main traffic Lanes. It was around mile marker 11 and 1/2. A large pickup truck decided to not wait in traffic any longer and he drove over the dividers from the main Lanes into the express lanes and cut me off and made me spin out of control and hit the wall. At the scene he was very apologetic and took responsibility for the accident. But because his car was not damaged, his name and insurance company is not in my police report and he is no longer accepting the responsibility for the accident.
