Lockbox and Photos Needed for Real Estate Investor

Real Estate Company looking for someone who can coordinate with us to have a lockbox added on properties in Des Moines. This person must also take photos of these properties and fill out details. - Must be able to use a smartphone and computer to send and receive documents. - Must be able to send photo proof after the lockbox has been installed. - Must be highly responsive to email/phone calls. - Must be able to get and send pictures within 24 hours - Must have a camera or a quality camera phone - Must have reliable transportation - Must be good at following instructions and must be pleasant to work with. The job will consist of taking at least 40 interior and exterior pictures. We want to see the 'bad' stuff. Any holes in the wall, any wires hanging, etc. Show us what work is needed in the house through your pictures. No dark or blurry pictures. The house is in distress and may not have utilities on. Please exercise caution and make sure that the photos aren't too dark if electricity is off (go during the day or use alternative lighting). Typically, this gig pays $25/house.
