Description

I've got a 6 year old grey tabby that isn't getting along with her house mates anymore. She was fine with a single older friend, but hasn't taken to the younger cats and her stress is escalating and it's causing issues with the older cat now as well, so I'd like to find her a home where she'd be happier. I've got a lot of love for her and I've tried every other option. I'd really like to keep her, but she is unhappy and deserves a better space. She loves laser pointers and catnip. She is front declawed and came that way when I got her. She likes to rub her paws on walls as if she's scratching, but she obviously can't do any damage. She takes a bit of time to warm up to people, but she's really nice once you understand her body language. She been through more than a few moves with us and she'll normally hide once she gets to a new place until she's comfortable and starts exploring. She can be a cuddler on her terms. She doesn't beg for human food, and even when offered she usually won't eat scraps. She's a healthy weight as confirmed by our vet and we've free fed her her entire life. She's up to date on shots as of last year and will come with dry food and a litter pan if needed. I am asking for a rehoming fee of $10 just so she goes to someone that can take care of her. She's really low maintenance, but does enjoy sharing a room with people. She's been indoors only her entire life and should stay that way. I've left doors open to run outside just to find her sitting in the doorway sniffing, but she never tried to run outside. I'm so sad to have to rehome her but I don't feel like she's happy here and I know she deserves a better place.
