Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time Multi-Unit Facilities Repair Technician to support our current properties and future development projects. Hogsalt is not your typical restaurant group. Experience & Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a multi-unit facilities maintenance position. Excellent operational knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment. Experience with new builds and renovations. Must be able to provide reliable vehicle. EPA Universal Certification preferred, but not required. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to): Plumbing Electrical Kitchen equipment and appliances Light millwork Painting Doors Tile work Responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance programs to support the following: Plumbing HVAC Refrigeration Kitchen hot line equipment Grease trap cleaning Kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and mechanicals, and any other areas that can be maintained to prolong the life of the equipment and prevent issues before they arise. Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects. Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion. Performs regular property inspections. Advises store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues. Available on a 24-hour basis in order to address building emergencies during on call shifts.
