I absolutely dread having to do this, as our Phineas is literally the best and sweetest dog ever! We love him to pieces, but feel he would be much happier in a more active household with maybe another dog to play with and a family or person who can give him the attention he deserves. I am in a wheelchair and my fiancé is going through a high risk pregnancy while battling mental illness. All this combined renders us unable to care for Phineas properly. About Phin: Black Lab with long legs 3.5 years young Neutered Male Crate-Trained (will provide crate) Potty-Trained Micro-chipped Knows basic commands (sit, laydown, bring it, drop it, etc.) Very friendly with EVERYONE he meets and loves other dogs, cats and kids High Energy (likes fetch, dog parks, water, etc.) Not a big barker but will bark if he thinks he needs to protect the house from suspicious strangers. Has deep bark but NO bite. Likes to stare out the window. Up to date on all shots (given 11/22) Currently on Trifexis for flea and heartworm prevention Will provide his favorite food, food bowl, treats, toys, beds, leash, etc. to make the transition easier on him Thank you in advance for your interest!
