Please reply to this with “Fangerlis (instrument you play)” in the subject line Hellooooo We’re in a bluegrass punk band called Fangerlis, located in Madison. We’re looking for a new lead instrumentalist. Currently, we are comprised of a vocalist that also plays banjolele, a baritone guitar player who also hits the kick drum and backs up vocals. Back up vocal ability is awesome, but not a requirement. Open to almost any instrument as long as you can play a lead role. In the past we have had a banjo player and a fiddle player, but not necessarily just looking for either of those (if you do play banjo or fiddle, by all means PLEASE reply). Guitarists, mandolin, harmonica, banjo, fiddle, acoustic or electric guitar, trumpet, sax, clarinet, etc etc etc show us what you got! We got a few gigs coming up this December before we take Jan-Feb off from booking shows to finish writing our first album. Generally we gig at least twice a month, so availability especially on weekends is a must. We mostly play in Madison, but have gone all over the state as well as Illinois. We have a gig on the books to play a Chicago music fest in May as well. We do 3 way split on show/merch payout.
