Commercial Real Estate company is looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are functional. Being reliable with an excellent eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual skills and physical stamina. You have to have a reliable transportation. Maintenance Worker responsibilities include: - Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, sweeping, etc. - Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, replacing cylinders, filling gaps in walls, painting, etc. - Perform a walk-through when a tenant leaves the premises. - Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues. - Yard collecting trash etc. - Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, air filters replacements. - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems. - Check functionality of safety systems (fire alarm) - Collaborate with our vendors and other professionals as needed. - Report to the Property Manager for issues observed. - Make sure all the vacant units have electricity and water service.
