Is there a thirty-something (???) guy around the Owego, New York, area who remembers briefly making obvious intense eye contact with a green-eyed guy while in line at the Owego DMV office on a mild, sunny afternoon back in mid-March of this year? I looked back at you quickly a couple times but then I walked past you and didn't smile or say anything. I wanted to smile to let you know I liked you too but you were apparently with your family and I didn't want to cause any possible trouble for you there. If you happen to read this--I only wanted to tell you I think you're handsome and I'm glad to have the nice memory of seeing you 🙂
