For hire: certified solar installer and helper needed, part-time

I'm looking for a state certified solar installer and helper to install small solar systems in private off-grid scenarios. Like on RVs, boats, sheds, cabins etc....installed according to current NEC code, or, however the customer wants it. Most of the installs are what are called "mobile" or "portable" systems, while others are privately installed off-grid. Sometimes the installs are grid-tie, but it's pretty rare, maybe only a couple times a year. Must have your own tools of the trade. Starting pay is $30 per hour for you, and $15 per hour for your helper. Cash paid at the completion of each install, same day or next day. You can either pick it up here, or I can mail it, paypal it, etc. No 1099 sent.
