Arena Operations Manager City Wide Facility Solutions of Tampa Bay is looking for an energetic self-sufficient leader within our stadium account base to manage the overnight post event cleaning process. Description o Ensure cleaning crew is on time and executing scope of work to completion after all games and events. o Position will act as the main point of contact during the post-game/event cleans to arena staff. o Manage large group of 50 + custodial team members spread across the arena setting. o Manage and maintain customer relations with on-site arena staff members o The hours of this position fluctuates, some months there are 6 events some there are 26+. o Compensation is based on hours worked, opportunity for overtime. Requirements o Schedule must be flexible- Event start/end times vary...weekends, 2nd and 3rd shift availability is required. o Strong communicator: Able to clearly debrief City Wide Operations team on the nights events, and what is needed for next event. o Leader with commanding presence, with ability to multi-task, delegate, and lead by example. o Must be able to walk and be on feet for extended periods of time. o Bilingual preferred
