Small property management company is looking for multiple positions for a few of our Tampa properties. We are looking for both a Maintenance Tech and Porter. Porter responsibilities include but not limited to blowing of property, trash pick up, general janitorial cleaning, painting and basic maintenance. Maintenance tech should be able to do basic plumbing, electrical, hvac etc. Punching of vacant apartment units as well as up-keep and repair of properties.
