Master Bath sink is clogged

Description

Bathroom sink is clogged and will not drain at all. The PVC "P-Trap" assembly does not have threaded tighten/ loosen plastic bolts to remove the drain so it may need new PVC piping. A verifiable licensed plumber currently working in the trade would be the ideal candidate. Pic attached, home is in the DTC.
