We are currently looking for an apartment maintenance person.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all areas of maintenance including resident's service requests, make readies and preventative maintenance.
Ensure safe work practices are always followed
Preform on-call emergency service as required.
Qualifications:
Experience with apartment maintenance for at least a year.
Know general plumbing, electrical, painting.
Must be willing to travel between Jacksonville and Palestine.
Pay depends on experience. We are a 1099 employer. Full time employment.
