Looking for a talking bird

My family and I have been talking for a few years now and we officially decided to go ahead and get a bird. My husband and his mom both have had a Beretta bird and a cockatoo. So I’m looking into getting an African Grey, but want to keep my options open. There is a cousin to the African grey that supposedly doesn’t screech or scream but still talks. I don’t know. I don’t necessarily have a budget, bcuz I know they can cost a lot, but I’m willing to talk prices over with someone. I will need a cage and supplies(if they don’t come with supplies, I will purchase prior to picking said bird up). Willing to travel some, but not too far. I’m located in south bend.
