Job Duties: • Connect test panels to engines and measure generator output, ignition timing, or other engine performance indicators. • Listen to engines, examine vehicle frames, or confer with customers to determine nature and extent of malfunction or damage. • Repair or adjust motorcycle subassemblies, such as forks, transmissions, brakes, or drive chains, according to specifications. • Repair, diagnose and understand the mechanism of the products that come in the service center. • Perform routine engine maintenance on GY6 Engines. • Reconnect, rewire or reassemble on motorcycle engine parts for optimal performance standards. • Perform a speedometer calibration to fix the motor speedometer to provide a more accurate result. • Reassemble and reinstall components and engines following repairs. • Keep records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used. Work Schedule: • Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week. • Daily Work Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m. (1hr lunch Experience: 1 year of experience in the job offered.
