RESIDENTIAL ROOFING SITE MANAGER – BILINGUAL REQUIRED We are looking to hire a bilingual Residential Site Manager for our fast-paced, growing Roofing Company located in Rowlett, TX. MUST have previous residential roofing experience, including leak inspections & repairs, and be willing to work Saturdays. This is a full-time position. Hours vary, based on project schedules, but overtime may become necessary (as needed) during busy seasons. Rate: Pay is Hourly, Depending on Experience Pay period: Weekly, Direct Deposit Job Type: Full-Time, Overtime Eligible Responsibilities: • Arrive to the job site first thing in the morning to prepare for the roof replacement • First person on-site in the morning, and last person to leave when the project is done • Inspect work being performed on the project to ensure the highest quality is being achieved and ensure jobsite is kept clean, safe, and secure at all times (tarp house, tarp pool, run magnets, cover a/c units, etc.) • Oversee material delivery and cross-check delivered materials with the submitted orders • Manage the roofing crew and all work on-site, managing the project from start to finish • Ensure a clean and orderly jobsite at all times • Make repairs as needed during the roof replacement (ex: decking replacement, vent relocation, etc.) • Take photos at each phase of the project, keeping an eye out for specific items that need documenting for billing purposes • Leave flyers at neighbor’s houses during roof installation • Pickup and/or return materials to and from Suppliers • Provide updates to Sales Rep, Office Staff, and Management • Inspect and perform repairs apart from roof replacement • Learn & utilize the AccuLynx customer management app • Attend Manufacturer trainings & seminars, as needed • A "Not My Job" attitude is not welcome on our team. MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER AND HAVE A GREAT ATTITUDE. Qualifications: • Bilingual (required) • Previous Roofing experience (required) • Ability to inspect and work on steep pitch roofs (10/12+) • Ability to provide “turnkey” project management for each job • General knowledge of safety protocols for roofing projects • Comfortable communicating with customers, as needed • Able to direct/manage crews, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. • MUST be willing to work Saturdays • MUST have a valid Drivers License
