Marketable contemporary rock look (6’, athletic/muscular trim physique, no tattoos or piercings). Charismatic stage presence and upbeat energy. Strong lead (baritone) and backing (most harmony parts, I’ll fit in where needed) vocals (perfect pitch). Own several 4 and 5 string basses. ½ step or standard tuning. Pick (with active endorsement deal) or pluck style (not a funk slapper). Appropriate wardrobe (formal or stage wear). Reliable gear. Ready to travel (just did ten days in FL, spotless driver’s license with reliable vehicles, able to rent and drive, active passport, no girlfriend or day job issues – I travel with no personal baggage and can ‘get off early on Friday’). Extensive song catalog and quick study. Ideal for high energy mid 70’s to 80’s material band, but open to the right options. Resume, track record, references. Press kit, audio, photos and videos ready to furnish. Prompt, thorough and communicative. Non-smoker, no drugs, social drinker with no history of dependencies. I bring a lot. I ask a lot. Please be together, booked or ready to book quality dates with commensurate budgets. Will rehearse to meet, go over stage plots, fine tuning, choreography, promotional media, etc. Not interested in start-ups, ‘getting tight’, paying dues or haggling for ‘the door’. My one and only ‘by the way’ is that I have some dates on the calendar, but I’ll always keep you current (Google calendar, etc.) on all and any pre-existing obligations. OK with short-term or long-term fill-in situations.
