Hi! My husband and I are interested in adding a dog or puppy to our family. I would primarily be looking for a smaller size dog, but would definitely consider a medium or large dog if they feel like the right fit. While we would prefer the dog to be fixed, that is not an absolute must. However, my husband and I do have a child and a medium sized dog, so they would need to be good with kids and other dogs. Though we would prefer to adopt a rescue, we’ve had difficulty finding the right fit for our family at a shelter. We’d be more than happy to pay a reasonable rehoming fee and provide references if necessary! Ideally, I would love a sweet, cuddly lap dog that is playful enough to keep up with the family.
