Nashoba Valley Ski Area is Hiring full and Part time for the Winter! Apply online at We are looking for Race coaches and staff! Must be able to ski effiecently and lift up to 50 pounds. We are willing to train on the job! Requirements of the Job Excellent guest service skills Reliable Prepared to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time in all types of weather Perform physical labor, such as shoveling. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively as a member of a team. Understand instructions, give directions and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and guests under pressure and during emergency situations. Available to work weekends and holidays when needed Positive work ethic Must be 18+ to be a lift operator or work with heavy machinery Employees of Nashoba Valley work directly with the public, helping to ensure that every customer enjoys their time spent at Nashoba Valley.
