Apartment Maintenance Technician required for Village Green Apartments in Cameron, Missouri, 45 minutes northeast of Kansas City. Duties include general maintenance of homes and grounds, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, woodworking, including fixing trim, cabinetry, etc, painting, exterior maintenance including trash pickup, snow removal, etc, and coordinating with the property manager on work orders. Applicant must be available for emergency callouts, hold a valid driver's license, and have a reliable vehicle.
