Property management company seeking an experienced hands on landscaping supervisor and handymen for home repairs. Landscaping supervisor needed to oversee and maintain multiple properties. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience and possess an eye for detail. Other requirements for these positions include the following: works well with others, outstanding customer service, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, excellent communication skills with both customers and employees, willingness to work side by side w/ employees, Knowledge of plant material, motivated and able to lead,.manage equipment and schedule preventative maintenance, represent company in a professional manner. Pay based on experience.
