TITLE Pressure Washing Technician CATEGORY Construction Cleaning DESCRIPTION Part-Time Position Pay Rate: $17.00 Work Schedule: Monday – Friday – Core hours 8:00am-5:00pm (Days/hours dependent on weekly scheduling needs) Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following  Transporting pressure washer from place to place  Operating 3-4000 PSI pressure washer  Using chemicals or cleaning solutions to perform duties  Trash removal/sweeping/general site cleanup  Customer Service  Other duties as assigned POSITION REQUIREMENTS   Must have appropriate vehicle and a Valid Driver license  Standing or walking up to 8 hours per shift  Experience in operating 3-4000 psi pressure washer or similar heavy equipment, required  Reliable vehicle and experience transporting heavy equipment safely  Lifting 35-50lbs in weight  Pushing/pulling 35-75lbs  Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Safety Glasses, gloves, and back-support as directed per OSHA/SDS  Working in the outside elements year round  Ability to work year round FULL-TIME/PART-TIME Part-Time COMPANY J&M Cleaning, Inc.
