Looking for two person(s) to assist in floor/baseboard cleaning within a 4 story Victorian Home. You will be cleaning floors/baseboards in various rooms on floors 2 thru 4. Need to know how to utilize a rag mop, janitor mop winking bucket, orbital floor cleaners, and circular/oscillating tools with cleaning pads attachments. Work entails the physical attributes: 1) Ability to lift mop bucket having 3-to-5 gallons of water (48lbs to 80lbs) and carry up it a flight of stairs(12-15 steps) 2) Physical dexterity to reach and clean floor baseboards with leg knee/shin pads. 3) Physical strength to operate baseboard circular/oscillating tools while kneeling or squatting. 4) Ability to lift and move furniture around on a single floor no greater than 80lbs. 5) Ability to work in a team environment, following instructions and move at consistent brisk pace for several continuous hours (3 hours min.). Work will be executed in the following manner: A) I; Walter C. Washington, will be the lead-off person with you in the assisting role for the 1st pass cleaning. B) I shall perform the complete first pass floor mopping and baseboard cleaning on a room-by-room and hallway basis for each and every floor. (Your job is to continuously remove and dump dirty water buckets, refill and mix cleaning solution bucket and bring bucket back to work area). C) Once the first pass cleaning is complete on a particular floor, your job is to follow up with the 2nd pass cleaning using an orbital floor cleaner and circular/oscillating baseboard cleaning tools. (While you are left to perform 2nd pass cleaning; I move to the next lower floor to perform 1st pass cleaning with the other assistant). Start Time Sunday 11 Dec 2022 will be 9:30am sharp; End time 4:30pm sharp (You get one 30-minute break; and two 15-minute breaks all unpaid!!) WashingtonEngineering shall supply following cleaning agents (see links below) WashingtonEngineering shall supply following cleaning tools - Rags Mops, Terrycloth Rags, Winking Janitor Buckets, General wash buckets You must come with the following: -- Positive know-how attitude to accomplish the cleaning task. -- Rubber gloves, clear eye protection glasses, and appropriate work cloths and shoes.
