We are looking for Renovation Contractors (1099) to help with Remodeling Projects for our client. These are homes that have been damaged due to accidental occurrences. Multiple homes per month depending on what you can handle with volume. You can accept or reject any work order that comes your way if it fits your budget. Contractors are required to have renovation experience, organized, and effectively communicate with Project Managers. You must be fluent in English in order to communicate appropriately. You must be able to follow a Scope of Work and complete all projects on time and on budget. Job Requirements: • Current driver's license, W9 and/or tax ID • Have tools, work vehicles, and good references, and provide photos. • Must have a smartphone and access to the internet. • Contractors need a W9 Form, liability insurance, and Worker’s Comp or Exemption. • Ability to read a Scope of Work/Access to Sub-Contractors if needed. • Excellent communication skills. • Needs capital to purchase materials from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. • Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades. • Drug-Free Environment
