Electrician / Handy Man needed small electrical fix

#1: Ceiling fan light needs to be buttoned up. One screw doesn't seem to want to attach to anything. No electrical work needed, just the screw needs to hold the bracket up so the light isn't dangling at an angle #2: Outdoor light needs a new bracket so that it is buttoned up against the house. Right now there is a a gap so rain can get through. You might have to take the light fixture off and put a new bracket on, then re-attach the light. Both jobs should be pretty easy and quick for someone with experience. Let me know if interested in fixing and what your rate/quote is. I estimate the ceiling fan fix would take 10-15 minutes. The outdoor light if you have the bracket would take about 20 - 30 minutes.
