Description

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Maintenance person to provide upkeep and repair duties for a beachfront property located in Naples. The ideal candidate will be proficient at problem-solving and a team player. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: • Keep the building and grounds in a clean and orderly condition by examining on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance and cleanliness • Perform or arrange for general building fixture repairs • Wash and clean pool, pool deck, tables and chairs • Light plumbing: faucet, ceiling fan, light fixture, toilet etc. • Ensure the efficient use of materials • Keep equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition • Provide a variety of cleaning services to maintain a pristine environment in common areas • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions. Requirements: • Valid Florida Driver’s License • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment • Open to custodial duties as needed • Extremely organized with good communication skills • Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving Hours are from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with 30-minute lunch break We are a recession and stormproof business!
