Cosmetic work for Flip

I need help repairing a Small 3 bed/1 bath brick home for a flip. The house is 840 sq ft. The house needs all interior and exterior work (mostly painting, flooring, minor repairs, tub install, some drywall, etc...). It all appears to be cosmetic. Please see attached list. You can come by the house, check it out, and place a bid. All flooring and debris has been removed. If this ad is up....that means the job is still available.
