We are seeking 2-3 motivated individuals to help fill our maintenance team! Applicant must have reliable transportation, basic hand tools, problem solving abilities, communication skills, basic technology skills (app), and a strong work ethic. Pay will be based off knowledge and experience. This is a W-2 position with a bi-weekly direct deposit.
Job duties- fix leaks, repair drywall, change locks, repair doors, replace appliances, replace or repair toilets, faucets, paint, HVAC repairs, electrical troubleshooting and fixing.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction field.
Reliable transportation- license and own vehicle (a ride to and from will not work)
Basic hand tools- drill, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches- specialty tools are not required but a plus
Problem solving ability- must be able to look at an issue and determine the best way to fix and execute
Communication skills- will be required to call tenants for availability or prior to appointment
Technology skills- smart phone required- must be able to upload photos, receipts, notes hours onto an app
Strong work ethic- This is a position where you are working alone most of the time. Applicant needs to be able to stay on task and move on to the next.
