Property Manager/ Handyperson/ Maintenance

Need a Handy Person/ Property Manager. Maintenance person to help with general tasks related to rental properties. Depending on the person could also include some additional small business administrative support. Work would all be in the Greater New Bedford area. Ocassionally doing errands elsewhere. Skills that would be helpful (but not absolutely necessary): basic handyman skills, property management experience such as: turning over apartments, changing locks, changing lights, small repairs, painting, hanging blinds, light renovations, cleaning / apartment turnover, use of tools, hanging a door, replacement windows, hot water tanks, faucets, toilets, maintain equipment, etc). Ability to work independently. Must be ethical, reliable, and local to New Beford. Must have excellent references. Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred). Must be drug free. Must have flexibility with hours (help with occasional emergencies/ fixes outside normal hours, etc). Looking for a team-player with a good attitude who wants to be helpful. Must speak english well.
