Chef John Welch has crafted a five course meal, perfectly paired with selected whiskies from our featured labels.
Have a night out and enjoy hearty dishes and rich whiskey pairings on January 21st, from 6PM-8PM.

FIRST COURSE
Speck & Prosciutto de Parma- Smoked mozzarella & risotto fritter, tomato emulsion.
Paired with: Masterson’s Old Fashioned
SECOND COURSE
House Smoked Kvaroy Salmon-Everything spice, crisps, baby kale, quail egg, lemon vinaigrette.
Paired with: 1oz pour of Redemption High Rye Bourbon
THIRD COURSE
Snake River Farms Pork Bolognese- Pappardelle pasta, pearl onions, celery root, parsnip, pecorino romano.
Paired with: Bib & Tucker Manhattan
FOURTH COURSE
Joyce Farms Hanger Steak-Steak fries, wax beans, portobello mushroom, whiskey demi-glace.
Paired with: 1oz pour of Redemption Age
DESSERT
Valrhona Chocolate Bread Pudding- Butter pecan ice cream, hot fudge sauce.
