Originals and Covers Hard Rock Band Looking for Guitarist

Looking to build from the ground up a newly formed hard rock band in the Tampa area. Age group range is late 20s to mid 30s. I am a lead guitarist looking for another guitarist. Focus is on both Hard Rock Covers and Originals. But most important will be about personality fit and having same music tastes (see below). Backup vocals and harmonies are a plus. Looking to get up on stage, play some shows and have some fun. No egos or drama. We run as a democracy and leave BS at the door. If you are into classic rock, this band isn't for you, as we are mainly 90's and up. Looking for like-minded individuals with some stage experience and the same taste in music. Again, this is key as we are not looking to play classic rock, blues, or hipster music. No issues with travel on the weekends, especially if the hard rock venues are closer to Orlando. Just a bit about myself (ad poster)- I am mid 30s, college educated, mature and reliable, and own all professional gear. I am also our all working professionals and work till about 5 PM everyday, but are free most weekends. Looking to practice every Thursday night- but there is some flexibility here (makeups on Saturdays). Our day jobs come first no matter what, and we are not in this for the money or to gig 10x a month. But that doesn't mean that we are not serious musicians who are willing to put in the time. This band is not looking to get famous, as this is a semi-professional hobby. Hard rock, influences include: Rev Theory, Rob Zombie, Metallica, Red, Bullet for My Valentine, Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, Seether, Alice in Chains, Trapt, Disturbed, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Pearl Jam, Sick Puppies, Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, Papa Roach, Fuel, Chevelle, Collective Soul, Saving Abel, Pop Evil, Staind, Stone Sour, RATM, Alter Bridge, Theory of a Deadman, 3 Doors Down, Default, Egypt Central, RHCP, Bush, Korn, FFDP, STP. The list goes on and on... Basically 90's and up (but not stuck entirely in the 90s). We also don't mind taking some dance songs and 'rocking them up' or doing a metal version. All about having fun and being a crowd pleaser. If you are serious, hit me up if you'd like to talk some more over the phone or over a beer.
