Description

Have you always been curious about the types of feathered friends living in your backyard? Join Group environmental associate Marina DeLuca at Downs Farm Preserve to learn basic birding identification skills that will help you identify birds in your own backyard and beyond. We will hold a discussion in the Nature Center, then you will have the opportunity to put your new skills to the test at the Group’s Project Feederwatch area. This is a family-friendly event for ages 12 and up. Please dress WARMLY and bring binoculars if you have them. Registration is required and space is limited to 12 people. Masks are recommended when indoors. NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE ON SITE. If you have any questions, please contact Marina DeLuca at [email protected]
