Express yourself December 7& 21st 6:30-7:30pm at 110 Mill Rd, Westhampton Beach Join Music Therapist Kathy Pasca for this ongoing (twice monthly) Expressive Arts Workshop! Relieve stress, practice mindfulness and have fun through empowering expressive arts activities such as drumming, writing, movement and art making. This is a FREE workshop open to everyone ages 18+.
