In this special event, Alfred and Lisa will take you through a yoga sequence and guide you through an expressive process of painting and movement. All bringing you back to your true nature...one that allows you to experiment, be curious and have fun!! Be ready to open your heart (and sacral chakra) and let the hands flow with color on your "mat". If you're thinking, "I'm not creative this isn't for me." You're wrong! This event is EXACTLY for you! We will take the thinking out of creating for you so that you can simply flow with ease and paint your own beautiful abstract masterpiece. Your yoga practice has never looked so colorful! Note: 🟣 Wear clothes that you can move freely in but you won’t mind getting paint on them. 🔴 Paint brushes are available for anyone who doesn’t want to get their hands dirty! 🟢 No mat is needed for this event. Your canvas is your practice space. 🟡 We will provide all the supplies you’ll need. Just bring a spirit of playfulness and curiosity…we take care of the rest!
