We use this time as a reflective meditation to gain clarity on life. We use one-hour sound bath featuring 7 quartz crystal "singing bowls" along side a powerful gong bath accented with a few other instruments. Quartz crystal singing bowls produce and the powerful blasts of the Gongs have resonance that allows consciousness to travel into altered states of awareness. As your brainwaves slow down, shifting from an active Beta state to a more relaxed & dream-like Alpha state, tap into your unconscious mind and access your unlimited potential. FAQs ARRIVE EARLY Doors open at 4:30. Please arrive by 4:45 to give yourself time to settle-in and relax. The sound bath will begin promptly at 5pm. (Latecomers may not be permitted to enter once we begin.) The sound bath will conclude at 6:00pm. $35 tickets must be purchased in advance Purchase tickets here for $35. If space is available, walk-ins are welcome for $35 cash or venmo at the door. FREE PARKING The 5th Dimension Studio is located near plenty of parking that will be free on the day and time of this event. Do leave any personal belongings in your car, be sure your windows are rolled up and your cars are locked. EVENT SPACE This event is held at 228 S Main Street in Sebastopol. It is on a first floor and is handicap accessible. Restrooms are available for your use. WHAT TO BRING Bring a yoga mat, sleeping bag or blanket to lie on. Bring a pillow for your head. Many people like to cover themselves with blankets. Wear comfortable clothes. You're welcome to bring your crystals to be cleared, and an eye mask. Covid Protocols: Sonoma County Health Department Highly Recommends Wearing Masks. COVID-19 Policy We are monitoring Covid-19 carefully, and have made the following decisions: *We will go ahead with the event as long as conditions don't worsen significantly. We are not required to ask people to wear masks, but we ask that people be respectful everyone’s personal choice. LIMITED SPACE / CANCELLATION POLICY There are limited spots available. You may cancel your ticket (on Eventbrite) up to 24 hours before the event begins for a refund; however, Eventbrite does not refund their fee of $3.16. We do not refund or transfer tickets within 24 hours of the event; however, should you be unable to attend, you may give your ticket to a friend to use in your place. AGE REQUIREMENTS We welcome Adults 18 years and older. This event is not suitable for people under the age of 18. RELEASE OF LIABILITY By signing up for this event, it is understood that although sound baths may be therapeutic, they are not therapy. LeeAnna Gregorio is not a professional therapist beyond being a Certified Massage Therapist, and she serves only as a guide. Additionally, the attendee(s) attests that they/she/he do(es) not have covid, covid symptoms, nor has been in contact with anyone with covid for at least 14 days. The attendee(s) agrees to release from any claim: LeeAnna Gregorio and 5th Dimension Studio, the other participants of this event, and the facility in which this event is held.
