An electric vehicle (EV) Ride & Drive event will come to the Pickett County Public Library on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 from 9 am – 12 pm. Join us for this interactive in-person ride and drive event! This event will give all participants a chance to test drive an EV first hand. Visitors are also welcome to chat with our students and faculty about the EV ecosystem and ask any questions that come to mind about EVs or their chargers. Do you own an EV or hybrid vehicle and want to share your experiences with others? Visit at any point during this event and talk with us or other visitors about your car and the benefits and challenges of EV adoption. We'd love to see your car! We will be in the front parking lot with a variety of fully electric and hybrid electric vehicles, including a Ford Mustang Mach-E, Nissan Leafs, and a plug-in hybrid F250.
