This class focuses on how to prepare for the birth of your baby. Instruction includes the birthing process, variations in labor and birth, pain management during labor and cesarean birth. You also will learn how to use a coach/partner to aid in the birthing process. We encourage you to register in your first trimester and attend in your third trimester. Note: Light snacks provided
